Cancellation Policy

Life & Lactation, LLC, is committed to providing timely, professional, and personalized care to every client. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our cancellation, rescheduling, and travel policies below: A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance. Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty (excluding the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment must be made by contacting Life & Lactation, LLC directly via phone or email. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but same-day changes are not guaranteed and may be subject to availability. No-shows or failure to notify will result in forfeiture of the deposit and could require full payment before scheduling future appointments. Life & Lactation, LLC is happy to provide in-home lactation support. When tolls are incurred in traveling to your location, an additional $25 travel fee will be added and billed separately. If no tolls are incurred, no additional travel fee will be charged.
